A Matter of Care

is a NEW 40 hour program for working, qualified Yoga teacher. 

​

This course offers the chance to deeply enrich our movement experiences and reflect on how we choose to share these learnings.

We will learn new material and gain knowledge and understanding of how we move.

It offers a fresh approach in HOW we learn through the body and in the cells, an emerging pedagogy in the field of yoga.

This professional training is designed for yoga teachers and in some cases teacher trainees. However it can be inspiring and educating for everybody. For those of us working professionally with movement, or therapeutically with infants, children or adults (physiotherapists, cranio-sacral therapists, yoga, Pilates, Qigong teachers and dance therapists as examples).

Requirements

To participate you will need to have a background in a movement modality and an understanding of basic human anatomy. You will also require access to an academic resource of anatomy either on an app, online or in the form of the Netters books of Human Anatomy.
