1-1 SESSIONS

PRACTICE WITH FRANKIE 

Frankie has been leading classes and workshops at some of London's top studios, delivering courses in yoga and offering Somatic Yoga Trainings.

 

Regular classes currently cover different styles and paces: from challenging flow to slower and more reflective, therapeutic classes, so you can find one that suits you.

Expect playful and innovative sessions with knowledge, creativity and exploration. Classes are infused with warmth, encouragement and a deep understanding of the postures, practices and philosophy of Yoga. 

YOGA ONLINE

Currently no online Yoga classes

Inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and intelligent functional movement. This weekly online class is creative, therapeutic and very fulfilling.

1-1 SESSIONS

Practice in person or online.

1:1 is the traditional way to learn yoga. Frankie can support you to begin yoga, revive your passion or take you into a deeper yoga practice. Incorporated in Frankie's approach is her training in somatic movement and body oriented therapeutic support. These sessions are also ideal for those recovering from injury or surgery and are a great way for yoga teachers and teacher trainees. to access mentor support.

BESPOKE PACKAGES

Bespoke Packages. A series of 2 to 3 sessions of 1 - 1/2 hours Working together. This includes a consultation, a practice and feedback session and a bespoke video of 20 - 30 minutes targeted to help you with a particular area of focus. Ideal for recovering from injury or surgery, addressing movement patterns or issues such as pelvic misalignments and knee or shoulder issues and post-natal support.

SPECIALISED YOGA

Corporate yoga classes - Can be delivered during lunch breaks and after work hours, these provide a professional, safe and approachable practice that everyone can benefit from.

Pregnancy yoga classes and 1:1 Yoga is recommended by doctors and midwives as the ideal exercise for pregnant women. Frankie has trained with some of the leading lights in the Yoga and Active Birth field and has co-run classes with Lolly Stirk. She offer an enjoyable safe practice which allows you time to adjust physically, mentally and emotionally to the changes in your body and helps you connect with your unborn baby.

Post-natal Yoga classes and 1:1 - Yoga is enormously helpful with the transitions that we make, on so many levels, at this important time in our lives. On a practical level it can safely rebuild core and address pelvic and pelvic floor issues as well as strengthen the body, relieve strain and tiredness and offer a tie for self-care.

​

Yoga for adults affected by autism - since 2008 has worked through Marcus and Marcus and care providers in North London to make yoga safe and accessible to adults affected by autism. She is available for specialised classes and individual work.

​

Yoga for children is helping primary and junior school children across London relax and enjoy movement, postures and reflection. Frankie actively taught in schools across London 2009 - 2015. She is now moving back into teaching children more locally at schools in her area.
