1:1 YOGA

Revive your passion, or move into a deeper yoga practice with bespoke 1-1 sessions. Frankie’s approach incorporates her training in somatic movement and body-oriented therapeutic support. These sessions are also ideal for those recovering from injury or surgery and are an excellent way for yoga teachers and teacher trainees to access mentor support.

1:1 SOMATIC MOVEMENT & TOUCH THERAPY

Gentle, personalised support to help you reconnect with your body, move with more ease, and feel more like yourself again.

Rooted in the science of embodiment and nervous system regulation, this work combines hands-on touch, mindful movement and developmental patterns to support lasting physical and emotional integration.

Whether you’re rehabilitating from injury or surgery, managing pain, recovering from stress or trauma, or simply want to feel more grounded, alive and well in yourself—this is a space where your body leads.

Sessions Include:

• Skilled, sensitive touch to support rehabilitation and reorganisation

• Guided movement based on your own body’s rhythms and needs

• Tools to gently unwind tension and old habits at their root, as well as movement education on how to build functional new habits

• A compassionate space to slow down, tune in, and re-pattern
